Have you not been able to find a home after your short stay period? Then you can submit a search request below.

We have an excellent professional home search service to offer and you will have one personal agent, who works only for you. 
Due to our good contacts with local real estate agents, we can often find a good home for you within a short time. We have a success rate of 88% of our searches. 

We will view apartments together or on behalf of you when you are still abroad or at work. We offer FaceTime viewings as well. 
We negotiate for you. Check the contracts, get in touch with the letting agent, we make arrangements, check your rental agreements, make inspection reports with photos for you (so that there are no additional costs after the rental agreement) and are present at the key handover. We also assist you in connecting the utilities. We are your personal contact person at all times.

You indicate all your housing requirements and we will look for a suitable rental property for you. With the submitted search request you instruct the search for a home. We will then look for properties outside the range of properties on our website. After this we will view the houses. Providing this search is completely free of charge.

Our services are based on no cure no pay. If you are going to rent a home, you pay a fee that is appropriate for the services provided. If you cannot find a suitable rental property, you do not owe us anything.

The house search fee is one month of rent EX VAT.
